Job Seekers

1. Can I apply to jobs for free?
Yes! Hired-Health.com is free for both job seekers and employers. Follow these steps to sign up.
A. Click the blue box that says, “Create Account”. 
B. Enter your username, email address, etc. 
C. You will get an email with a password to sign in. Click the link to verify your account. 
D. Sign in and click the “Profile” tab. This is where you can upload your resume for applying to jobs. (Employers can NOT see your resume unless you apply to their particular job posting.)
E. Once you’ve uploaded your resume, you can instantly apply to any job with one click!

2. Can employers see my resume if I add it to my profile?
No, they cannot. Your resume will just be saved to your profile and nobody else will have access to it. The only time an employer will see your resume is when you send it by clicking “Apply to this Job”.

3. Where can I find jobs I’ve applied to before?
Click on “My Jobs” at the top of the page to view jobs you’ve recently applied to.

4. How can I remove my application from a job posting?
A. Click on “My Jobs” at the top of the page to view jobs you’ve recently applied to.
B. Find the posting you’re looking for and click the link that says, “Remove my Application from this Job”.

5. Do I need to search jobs by zip code AND state?
No; the only box that is required while searching for jobs is the Search Radius. For the best results, select the job categories related to your search and type in a Zip Code and/or State.

Employers

1. Can I post jobs for free?
Yes! Just create an account and click the box that says you’re an employer.

2. How can I get more people to see my postings?
Become a Featured Employer to have YOUR company logo displayed on the Hired-Health.com home page. Candidates that click on your logo will be automatically redirected to view ALL of your postings. To become a Featured Employer, visit our home page and click on the link in the right-hand side that says “View Plans”.

3. Do I have to become a “Featured Employer” to post jobs and and view potential candidates?
No, Hired-Health.com is a completely free service! You can create an Employer account, post jobs, attract candidates, review resumes, and recruit at no cost. Becoming a Featured Employer simply allows you to visually market your company by displaying YOUR logo on our homepage.

4. How can I edit my jobs?
You can make changes to your postings as often as you’d like.
A. Click on “My Jobs” at the top of the page.
B. Select the posting you would like to change by clicking on the title.
C. Click on the “edit” tab to make any changes you need. DON’T FORGET TO SAVE THE CHANGES WHEN YOU’RE FINISHED!!
